If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products only.

Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@sjtoymart.com with your order number and product images/video.

  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Return pickup availability may vary by location.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) are initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refund processing depends on your bank’s timeline.

  • If an order is returned due to non-acceptance (RTO), forward and return shipping charges may be deducted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Toys damaged due to misuse or wear & tear

  • Items purchased under clearance or special sale
