1. General Information

SJ ToyMart (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates as an online toy retailer based in India.

We offer a range of premium toy cars and related products through a dropshipping model. This means products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners and suppliers (including international dropshipping partners such as Temu) to your address.

By purchasing from SJ ToyMart, you agree to our policies regarding order fulfillment, delivery times, and returns as described below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use our website.

If you are under 18, you may use the site only under parental supervision.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate.

However, due to differences in screen displays and supply variations, minor color, design, or packaging differences may occur.

All images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and other secure payment gateways supported by Shopify.

  • SJ ToyMart reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver pan-India using standard courier services.

  • Since products are dropshipped directly from suppliers, delivery times may vary from 7 to 20 business days.

  • In rare cases (e.g., customs delays or logistics disruptions), delivery might take longer.

  • Shipping updates and tracking information will be shared via email once your order is processed.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged products received.

  • A return request must be raised within 3 days of product delivery by emailing contact@sjtoymart.com with images or videos of the issue.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging for eligibility.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on the case.

Note: Since this is a dropshipping business, return approvals depend on our fulfillment partner’s policy.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance, RTO charges and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

As products may be shipped directly from international suppliers, customs or import duties (if applicable) may be charged by Indian authorities.

SJ ToyMart is not responsible for these additional charges.

9. Liability Disclaimer

SJ ToyMart is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or natural events.

  • Product misuse, wear & tear, or damage after delivery.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, designs, and text on sjtoymart.com are the property of SJ ToyMart and cannot be used without written permission.

11. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
